Open Settings > Schedules and check the schedule status first. A schedule only runs while its status is Active.

  1. Select Reload in the toolbar so you are looking at the latest schedule status.
  2. Open the schedule. If its status is Paused, change it to Active and save. A schedule can pause after the number of consecutive failures set on it. Saving the schedule also resets that failure count.
  3. Check the selected day and hour. Schedule times use UTC. A selected hour, such as 3:00 PM, is checked shortly after that hour starts.
  4. Check Flow Selection:
    • All selects all available flows.
    • Tags requires a flow to have every selected Include Tag. A flow is removed if it has any selected Exclude Tag.
    • Recipe requires the selected Run Recipe to still exist.
  5. Open Runs around the selected UTC hour. A scheduled run is labelled Scheduled - followed by the schedule title. If you see a run that contains no tests, the schedule fired but its flow selection matched nothing.

Times from 11:00 PM to 2:59 AM UTC are reserved for maintenance and cannot be selected.

If the selected UTC hour has passed and no scheduled run appears, open Help in DoesQA and select Create new ticket. Include the schedule title so support can find it.
