Use Reload first. Run History and Run detail update live, but a sleeping tab or a missed socket update can leave an older status on screen after the Run has finished.

  1. Open Runs in the main menu for account-wide Run History. The Flow Results tab only shows Runs for that Flow.
  2. Click toolbar Reload on the list. Open the Run and click Reload on the detail as well.
  3. Confirm the status you expect: Queued, Creating Runner, Running, then a finished status such as Passed, Failed, Rejected, or Terminated.
  4. If you cannot find an older Run, use search with the Run ID. Pagination appears at the bottom when there is more than one page of results.
  5. Confirm you are not looking for a Preview Run. Preview Tests do not appear in Run History.
  6. If the status is still wrong after Reload, refresh the browser once, then check again.

If Reload and a browser refresh still show the wrong status, open Help in DoesQA and select Create new ticket. Include the Run ID.
