Check the notification rule first. Teams alerts cover a whole Run, and DoesQA only sends them when the rule matches that Run. New Teams rules select CI/CD Webhook and Schedule by default, so a manual User run stays silent unless you add User.
- Open Settings > Integrations and confirm the Teams integration is Active. Each Teams integration is linked to one channel through the bot command shown in DoesQA.
- If the integration is missing, expired, or linked to the wrong channel, select Add Teams Integration, then enter the displayed command in the Teams channel you want. If the code has expired, create a new integration and use the new command.
- Open Settings > Notifications. Find the rule under Live Updates, Passed Run, or Failed Run.
- Edit the rule. Confirm Run Types includes the way you started the Run: User, CI/CD Webhook, Schedule, or Child Runs.
- Confirm Teams Integration is the linked channel you expect. Titles often show the link date and person, so open Integrations if you need to tell two links apart.
- If the Run came from CI/CD and the rule uses Select Keys, confirm the triggering Key is included, or switch the rule to All Keys.
- Start a new Run after you change the rule. Changes do not apply to a Run that has already started.
DoesQA does not show Teams delivery success or failure in the product. If the rule looks correct and a new Run still sends nothing, open Help in DoesQA and select Create new ticket. Include the Run ID of one Run that should have posted.
